What a disgrace of a business!! Upon arrival, we couldn't get anyone to answer the door. I saw a notice on one of the doors that said call this number for assistance, so did that, and it went to voicemail. We were outside in -3 deg weather for 3 quarters of an hour trying to get in. This was a brilliant short notice and impressive find. The host greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. The room and facilities were absolutely spot on. The room was excellent. Very clean and a very good size. The bed was really big and comfortable. The whole stay was excellent. Thankyou.
