It's also a short drive to Waihi Beach for food and fun activities.Just 2 things to keep in mind (not a critique!): (1) the driveway is gravel and steep but easy to navigate and (2) the kitchenette is small so check specific amenities ahead of time."

"One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. "This was a favorite space of everyone in my family! The indoor space was fantastic, and I loved the hot tub. The sun room! I just loved spending the rainy evening curled up in the sun room reading a book. My sons enjoyed the provided board games, everyone slept well, and we all loved the quirky fun decor. The host was super responsive and wonderful."
