"Cozy cabin, the hot tub takes time to warm up - turn it on immediately upon arrival and turn off eco mode to use it the first evening. The view is wonderful. Bring bug spray! Watch out for wildlife, we came upon a possible water moccasin over 3 feet long on the trails. "

"I was disappointed in this property. I have rented several log style cabins in the area and this one rates very low for the higher cost. I booked this property only because of its avalability and location. If it worked out, there was potential for repeated bookings. Perhaps when the marina area is not closed, it would be worth the money? Simple things like not having mold on shower curtains, a deep clean on baseboards and rafters, providing more than one dishwasher tab, a second roll of paper...

"This was my first glamping experience, haven't camped in decades. Brian was the perfect host, the mini-cabin was a great experience. The location is so peaceful, loved that the water provided all the sound needed to enjoy this "off grid" cabin. "The house was amazing and friendly. Very responsive you didn't have to wait long to get a response from them. Once arriving to the cabin it was dark porch lights came on through the motion lights. Open the cabin door it smelt great with very clean. We slept great. Woke up the next morning with a beautiful view of the river having a cup of coffee watching the squirrels play in the trees. This place is amazing It's cozy it's comfortable it's quiet."
