"En general muy bueno el sitio. Con personal muy amable. Las vistas son increíbles desde la habitación "

"Hotel bien ubicado cerca de Volterra y San Giminiano con una vista excelente y muy buenas instalaciones, lástima que no prenden las calderas para los radiadores de las habitaciones ni podes usar los aire acondicionados porque los habilitan de una central por lo que pasas mucho frío en las habitaciones. "Lovely stay at a little gem in Volterra. Enrico the owner has created a great concept with different apartments around the city and the restaurant is serving delicious local plant based food. Don’t miss the cheesecake ❤️"

"Decent, but bed was bad and place was very damp"

"The flat was lovely. Very clean and tidy with an excellent kitchen. There are 56 steps to get from the street to the flat, not for the faint hearted or infirm! The upstairs bed is extremely low and very hot, with no air conditioning! The shower was good but quite small. An excellent washing machine. We had no communication with the host. I rang someone to get the key safe passcode, who seemed to know little or nothing about the flat. That was it!"

"We stayed for a family wedding, had an amazing time!"

"Very clean, spacious apartment that has been newly renovated. It’s in a perfect location that was great for our needs. We would stay there again."

"I made a horrible mistake and booked thr wrong dates because i had a hole in my macular and could not see well. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."
