Located in the amazing tuscany countryside about 15 min from Volterra. Stunning view. To get there be prepared to drive a few km along a dirt road. Perfect place to visit surroundings from San Gimignano to Certaldo, from Colle val d'Elsa to Siena Pisa and Florence. You will be inside iconic Tuscany landscape. A fenced garden of 500 sq m complete the property. Pets are welcome but please advise us in advance

Beautiful home and scenery

Very tastefully done home in Tuscany near Volterra. Every morning the views are like you would see in a magazine. Close enough to many of the must see cities in Tuscany, Volterra, San Gimignano, Sienna & Pisa among others. Only downside is that it is 20-30 minutes away from restaurants (that were open during our stay). Kitchen is minimal. (could use a microwave so quick meals could be prepared). Communication was good.

Oh, that view!

Beautiful scenery. Worth it! Our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the remoteness. Beds could be more comfortable, amenities could be more gracious. But overall, a nice stay. Thank you!

Unstable Internet Connection

The advertising on stable internet connection is inaccurate. This left my partner and I in a pretty terrible situation because we both work remotely and had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. We left after only 2 nights of our 7 night reservation was completed, and unfortunately never received an apology for the inaccuracies in the advertisement, or any sort of reimbursement for the nights we did not stay. I was disappointed with the lack of accountability and would not recommend this accommodation.

Great location, cosy cottage

At the end of a typically long gravel Tuscany road (this one is in good condition, btw) you will find a quiet, snug cottage in a great location for touring around Tuscany. Laundry availability was much appreciated on our multi-stop trip, they even had an iron for air dried or suitcase wrinkled items. The views… like a postcard!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, tolle, zentrale Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche war hervorragend, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Selbst Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorgehalten. Die Lage war sehr zentral und die Aussicht und Umgebung wunderbar. Der Garten gepflegt und für unseren Hund ideal. Alles in allem war es für uns ein perfekter Urlaub.Alessandra war als Ansprechpartner für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr symapathisch.

perfekter Relaxurlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben ein ruhiges,sehr ordentliches Haus mit Garten vorgefunden rund 20min. von unserer toskanischen Lieblingsstadt Volterra entfernt. Wir haben 12 Tage verbracht und haben exakt das vorgefunden, was auch in der Objektbeschreibung zu lesen war. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit erreichbar und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Die Lage war genau unsere Wahl,da man von Volterra aus alle von uns bevorzugten Städte in sehr überschaubarer Zeit erreichen kann.

Good for the price

The house is located in a small spot with 3 other houses and 2 being built. Some have mentioned the road in, but if you’ve been to Italy it’s not a big deal, typical gravel road, easy to navigate. The property has great views and is in a good place to explore northern Tuscany. It is a small house, perfect for 2 ppl. But I wouldn’t recommend for a family (there’s only one bedroom). The kitchen is small but usable, the host was very responsive and replied quickly to texts. For the price it’s a great stay.

Ruhige Lage abseits im Hinterland von Volterra

Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterland ca. 8 km Luftlinie entfernt von Volterra, davon ca. 3 km auf staubiger Schotterpiste, der Hinweis zur "ausgezeichneten Lage ... ist dieses Ferienhaus zu Fuß gerade mal 5 Minuten entfernt von: Medici-Festung, ..." ist also falsch. Wer Ruhe und ländliche Idylle sucht, wird sich wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Leute gut geeignet und gut ausgestattet. Etwas wenig Abstell-/Aufbewahrungsraum, da der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer und die Küchenschränke zum größeren Teil bereits vollgestellt/belegt sind. Manko: kein einziger Müllbehälter in der gesamten Wohnung! Auf Nachfrage hat die Vermieterin mitgeteilt, man solle allen Müll direkt zu den Tonnen vorm Haus bringen. Dazu müsste man aber jedes Mal durch den gesamten Garten bis vor zum Schotterweg laufen - wir haben uns mit einem Putzeimer in der Küche provisorisch beholfen.

Gorgeous property.

We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. The view in the morning with the sun coming up was incredibly picturesque. Worth noting that the property is located in the hills and out of the way of any amenities but it does have a Conad (supermarket) about 25-30 mins away. Place is clean and well organised, plenty of towels etc.

Tip top in orde

Het efficient ingerichte huis is in prima staat en beschikt over alle voorzieningen die wij nodig hadden. De pizza oven en mooi omheinde tuin zijn een pluspunt. De andere huizen rondom het pand creëren een buurtgevoel, waardoor je niet volledig afgezonderd bent van de bewoonde wereld. Het is echter wel een eindje rijden tot bij een dorp of stadje (ongeveer een half uur) en dat voor 3 kilometer via een niet aangelegde weg. De ondersteuning en informatie bij het inchecken en doorheen het verblijf waren uitstekend.

Erholung inmitten toskanischer Felder

Die schöne Doppelhaushälfte liegt mit 4-5 anderen Häusern auf einem Hügel, umgeben von Feldern. Der Garten und der Ausblick sind wunderschön. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Kontakt mit Alessandra ist sehr nett, sie antwortet umgehend auf Fragen und steht mit Ausflugs-Tipps und Hilfe zur Seite. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Toskana, vielen Dank!

Authentic Tuscany

We enyojed this country house surrounded by the picturesque Tuscan countryside. Very nace place to spent a few days. Ideal location to research surrounding medieval towns. The host Alessandra was very helpfull with tourist information and always awailable for additional support.

Great stay in Tuscany

We are a couple without pet. To summarize, we enjoyed the stay from the first minute to the last. The house is equipped with all the things you need to feel comfortable and to have a great time. The response for any questions came immediately and on-site support was very fast and super friendly. It has been very quiet and relaxing for us. Just like you wish for your vacation. We would come back whenever we are in the area. We had a great and relaxing time.

Eine Ruheoase mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Also alles genauso wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Das Highlight ist der großzügige Garten mit einem grandiosen Ausblick in die liebliche Landschaft der Toskana. Er ist sehr gepflegt und eingezäunt. Unser Hund hat den Garten von der ersten Sekunde an geliebt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Schon kurz nach der Buchung hat sie uns via WhatsApp mit zahlreichen Tipps, Ausflugszielen und den weiteren Abläufen versorgt. Auch während des Aufenthalts stand sie uns als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit und daher bekommt sie von uns ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Herzlichen Dank!

Eine Woche Erholung

Wir haben eine Woche im Mai an diesem schönen Ort verbracht. Menschen und Hunde haben sich rundherum wohl gefühlt. Ein perfekter Platz um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, aber auch als Startpunkt für viele Unternehmungen sehr geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Domizil 😃

Es war eine wundervolle Woche in einem traumhaften Domizil in unglaublicher Lage. Es war sehr gepflegt und alles vorhanden (Sonnenliegen, Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Reinigungsmittel, Waschmaschine, Holz für den Steinofen…). Der komplett eingezäunte Garten war ideal für den Hund.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung

Herzlichen Dank für eine tolle Zeit in wunderschöner Umgebung. Besonders für Leute mit Hund ein grandioser Ort. Etwas abseits, aber das muss man in Kauf nehmen wenn man die Ruhe und Entspannung der Toskana auf diese Weise sucht 👍🏼
