"This house was amazing and fit our family of 5 perfectly! Everyone had their own space and slept great. The patio was perfect to relax, eat a meal and watch the kids swim (even in the rain). The kitchen was great for cooking in on the nights we were too tired to go out. "Youre right next to downtown alajuela, so everything is nearby. The cathedral, park, and market are all great places to visit. Great property, lots of light. The kitchen has everything but an oven, so you can bring food from the market and whip something up. It's true it's noisy but you're downtown, what can you expect? Bring noise cancelling headphones and do some people watching from the balcony. It's good."

"Aillem was very welcoming, very knowledge about the area, and gave us suggestions on where locals shop. She also helped us order our first pizza dinner that was delivered. It was delicious! "We absolutely loved the home! We had a family reunion of 3 families (total of 8 adults and 7 kids ranging from age 5 to 21). Everyone loved the quiet and calm surroundings. There is no civic numbers like in the US or Canada or numbers so it is difficult to find a house. Then there is locks everywhere and at night is very difficult to find the padlocks."
