Pros and Cons

We picked this house as we had 8 adults. We all wanted beds and a reasonable amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pros: Numbers of beds/bedrooms Large, well stocked kitchen Clean Lovely back yard Great communications with the owner Cons: No where for 8 people to sit. Not in dining area, not in living area. Folding chairs don't count No side tables/nightstands/end tables. Which means no lamps, no place to put phones etc. One very small TV Internet speed, with just our phones on the network, netflix wouldn't load Suggestions: You can find great used furniture on Facebook marketplace or thrift stores. Get a large dining table with chairs and put in actual dining room. Then make where the dining table is now a sitting room, with some comfortable chairs, a love seat and a TV surrounding the fireplace. But a few more comfortable chairs for the current living room. Get a small kitchen table for the kitchen and multiple bar stools that actually fit under the bar. And please obtain some nightstands and end table and a few lamps. Overall, the house fit what we needed as we were in town for a family event and mostly needed a place to sleep and eat breakfast.

Fabulous property

We had a wonderful stay at this property in vista, it is spacious and clean. Our communications with Brianna were promptly replied to and we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Our children were desperate to stay longer and we are planning to return next time we are visiting California, the neighbourhood is lovely and ideally located close to amenities and links north to LA and south to San Diego are both convenient. Thank you Brianna for a wonderful stay.

Joint fam vacation

The location was fantastic. The house felt incredibly clean. The stairs are really steep which was nerve racking but they do have a baby gate available. Loved that they had toys and beach stuff. I would have preferred window on second story not be able to be opened but kids didn’t notice it. We would def stay again!

Wonderful house to have a memorable family vacation

Very confortable and spacious home!!! Very close to the beach, stores and theme parks!!! Easy check in and check out. Great communication with the homeowners who responded right away our questions. We had an amazing family vacation!!!

All our needs and then some were met.

The location and the size of the house was perfect for our family to gather. We have three sons and their families living nearby. One daughter and her four almost grown children stayed with us. The house is close to Legoland and several beaches. There were beach towels, plenty of beds, and pantry items for us to use. The only downside was a lack of furniture in the living room and a very small tv. We used the folding chairs where needed and sat on the floor. When we needed paper products and when we had an issue with a toilet, the needs were fixed immediately. I will gladly stay here again if the occasion arises.

Excellent family house

We totally enjoyed our visit. We brought toys but the owner also had toys. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was a godsend. Our communication with the owner was better than previous VRBO experience. All around great. Oh and a fenced in back yard!

Great location for Legoland

We enjoyed this property. Plenty of room for the family. Host was responsive to any issue. If u have people sensitive to noise the loving areas can be loud due to high ceilings but otherwise great home well equipped to keep the little ones safe and entertained.

Pleasant stay

Very spacious and clean home for our family of 4. We ended up just utilizing the bottom floor since it was able to accommodate us comfortably. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to Legoland where we visited during our trip. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Overall we had a pleasant stay during our visit to SD.

Very Large Very Nice

Very large modern house in a quiet neighborhood. Fixtures and furniture are clean and in good order. Some toys are provided for young children. Nearby residential streets are very quiet and neighbors are frequently taking morning strolls right in the street. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Small and pleasant back yard with chairs and table. There is only one table in the whole house, I suggest the owner provide maybe an additional a folding table. A+ would rent again

Large modern and airy 4 br 3 car garage house. Owner was very prompt and helpful for any and all requests and provided us suggestions for our interests/activities. Improvements? Furniture was on the sparse side and tv was very small and required knowing your passwords for streaming access.
