The property was exactly as described. It is a very comfortable and cozy space for a solo weekend away. The Main Street traffic was near constant but not a nuisance [noise] and I slept through the night. I felt comfortable and safe the entire weekend. The owner checked in with me at the start and I felt confident they would be responsive if I had questions or problems. Would stay again!

The place was very cute and clean and had everything I needed. I knew it was located on the main street but I was not prepared for how noisy it was. It was great as far as being able to walk to everything in town. But again, it was way too noisy for me, even with earplugs.

If you are used to traffic noise, this place is perfect

We did enjoy our time here. The apartment is cute, clean and comfortable. My husband had no issues with the traffic noise but I had difficulty sleeping because of the street noise. Fortunately, the meteor showers were going on so I walked to the baseball diamond at Eckart park and was able to see a bit of the meteor shower activity. We also should have looked closer into restaurants as many of the local restaurants are closed on Monday, we made several visits to the food Co-op close-by and enjoyed their sandwiches.

Darling Apartment

Sweet stay at the nicely appointed upstairs apartment. Clean, comfortable, walk to downtown Viroqua just steps away. Off street parking. Great communication.

Perfect place in Viroqua for my fishing trip

Nice efficiency right in downtown Viroqua. Everything looked new and the full kitchen was great. Up one flight of stairs but parking is right by the door.

We enjoyed our time in the apartment. The apartment was nice, clean, and just the right size for the two of us. Guests should be aware that the apartment is upstairs and going up the stairs is required to access the apartment.

Easy, convenient, and a chiropractic adjustment too!

I loved this modest, well-appointed and well-located apartment. The furnishings were tasteful and charming, the shower particularly was GREAT. Easy walk to the local coop for food shopping, helpful array of pots and pans for cooking, and a teapot which especially warmed my heart. The hosts were helpful, good communicators, flexible when I made an error about timing, and I was even able to schedule a chiropractic adjustment during my stay (NOT included, I paid for it separately.) I will stay here again, it's a great spot.

Great location!

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with good appliances. Walking distance to all the great downtown shops and restaurants in Viroqua. Tangled Hickory bar/restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend it.

Amazing place in perfect downtown location

It was an adorable, seemingly newly refurbished place and I appreciated the little touches like providing earplugs (though I’m city boy so I can’t imagine using them…and it wasn’t that loud anyway!) The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in, the bed was super comfy. I almost wish I had had work to do there because it would be the perfect place for remote work. Great location so you can enjoy downtown but not far away from incredible hikes and parks. Thank you both!

Fall motorcycle getaway

The property was just as advertised. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beth was flexible on our arrival time and answered our texts promptly. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner and to the co-op and not have to take the motorcycle. The bed was also comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the noise from the night traffic while we were trying to sleep. Although Beth provided ear plugs, they did not block out the noise. The other thing we didn't like was no control over the heat. There was no thermostat and we needed to contact her to adjust the temperature. We like it warmer during the day and cooler at night but didn't want to text numerous times to change the temperature. Overall, an enjoyable getaway.

Very well appointed, comfortable bed and bath. Steep stairs, good for exercise, tough if not in good health. On main street, so noisy at times. ROKU TV which I was not knowledgeable on, could use instructions. Enjoyed our stay.

Property owners communicated quickly and clearly. The apt. was clean and efficient. Earplugs were provided for sleep times when traffic was loud. I only used them one of four nights. Everything was just as I expected plus some bonuses. Thank you! Great stay.

Perfect getaway

My husband and what’d a perfect getaway to an idyllic area., the hosts were accommodating and it was perfectly located. Tiny, but very well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Some really great puzzles and games!
