"Good location for UVA graduation. However, the king size studio room was unusually small. To our surprise and dismay, when we opened the sofa bed, one couldn’t get from bedroom to the bathroom room anymore - you had to step over the corner of the sofa bed which inevitably woke up our son sleeping there. "The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!"

"This a cheap motel (whose rates were not cheap for the weekend of UVA graduation). It isn’t nice at all, but I suppose that’s OK if you know that going in and accept it. The biggest issue we had was a seeming potential domestic violence situation in a nearby room that necessitated calling the police. It was not a restful night!"

We purchased lysol spray cleaner, and cleaned the floors ourselves.
