"We checked in and tried showering only to have water as cold as ice, door lock didn’t work. Called front desk his response was change rooms. We were already unpacked and he didn't seem to care, he said no one was there to fix anything. Moved rooms to take a shower in room number 2 and the bathroom bath mat was dirty, we used a towel cus the bath mat was that dirty, the shower wall had black curly hair stuck to it.
