Interior furniture is second hand and neglected. The sectional had mats placed under cushions to improve sagging. The area rug was matted and dirty. Furniture arranged so TV had limited viewing. One person had to take a beanbag cushion on floor. NO WIFI. Read the fine print. Old fridge. Vegetables froze. Air Conditioning only in living room. Outdoor furniture all rusted out, You couldn’t sit in chairs. No mirror in downstairs bathroom and shower door leaked and was flimsy. The unit was cheap and way over priced. The only positive was that the rental agency did respond quickly but were unable to make repairs.

The property was great Cant complain. We enjoyed the stay. Although before the stay we were told we should be able to get a later departure as we are out of the designated peak times and nobody had booked for after our stay. I was advised i would receive a nessage in regards to this and i didnt get a nsg or phone call and we were forced to leave at 10.00am and no later. Very disappointing and misleading information. This miscommunication alone ruined the experience dealing with whomever made these promises. Would not take their word in the future.

Pleasant and warm stay

Overall, this properly is very well managed, quiet, super clean and tidy, especially it's surprisingly warm in winter even without the heater (from AC). It's close to Coles, Aldi, Woolies and gas station. There are something to improve or for others to note: - There is no dish washer and Wifi. - The property street is completely dark at night, very hard to locate it when driving to it. - Avoid using both bathrooms with hot shower at the same time, otherwise all hot water won't work until a couple of hours later.

Weekend at Vincentia

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. Very good location, walking distance to the beach and Coles. This property has everything for small family or 4 adults. No Wi-fi at the property. Should be provided.

Cute and Compact townhouse

The townhouse had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. It was very conveniently located, just a few minute walk to the beach. Yet, internet service would have completed the package and bath soap is a necessary item.
