Guests: Duncan by the beach comfortably sleeps 6 (or 9 using 3 fold up beds, this must be requested prior to booking)

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed

(There are 3 fold up single beds that can be used if requested before booking)

Kitchen: Fridge, cooktop, oven and microwave, dishwasher

Living: Living area with large TV and couches

Bathroom: Bathtub, shower, basin and separate toilet, hair dryer

Laundry: Washing machine + second toilet

Outdoors: Gas Bbq , huge backyard with plenty of room to kick a ball

Parking: Off street parking ( 2 cars and small boat)

Pets:
Duncan on the beach is pet friendly- Pets are strictly to be outside (fully fenced)

No Linen:
Duncan on the beach unfortunately does not provide linen for your stay, however please contact us to arrange a linen package for you or should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be needed: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, face washer and bath mat.

Wifi:
Duncan on the beach supplies complementary Wi-fi for your stay.

Security Bond:
A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking. This will be advised at the time if required.

Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.
