Breakers on Orion Beach is located on the shores of the idyllic Jervis Bay and is just 25 metres from Orion Beach with access from the backyard! Sleeping 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, this pet friendly house features two living spaces, kitchen + extra kitchenette, views to Jervis Bay, and a sun-drenched private backyard with entertaining deck and BBQ - ideal for enjoying a meal in the outdoors! The backyard is fully fenced which provides privacy, and is perfect for children and pets. Breakers on Orion Beach is ideal for a large family or two smaller families, or anyone who wants to be within minutes from the beach!

- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. To book, select these exact dates:

Where will I be?

Breakers on Orion Beach is located on Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia. The sun-filled house with fully fenced landscaped backyard is located very close to Orion Beach, with direct access from the backyard to the path that leads directly to the beach. From the upstairs deck, relax and enjoy the view of Jervis Bay through the trees. Shops, cafes, Booderee National Park and other activities are within easy driving distance of the house.

Breakers on Orion Beach is a pet friendly beachfront property with the entertaining deck and large grassed backyard having a perfect north easterly aspect. With beach access from the backyard, the location is ideal for meandering down to the beach for a swim or taking the dog for a run, then walking back to the house within minutes! Featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs, plus private entertaining deck this house is perfect for a large family or for two families or groups of friends who seek somewhat separate spaces. Relax and enjoy the ocean view through the trees, and at night light up the fire pit and sit under the stars in the private backyard.

How is the property laid out?

Breakers on Orion Beach is a two storey home.

The downstairs level has 2 bedrooms (queen and 2 singles), living area with kitchenette, bathroom (shower and toilet) and laundry with washing machine. The living room opens up to an entertaining deck with outdoor table and the large grassed backyard which is fully fenced.

The upstairs level has the remaining 3 bedrooms (queen, double, single + trundle) and bathroom (shower, bath, toilet). The open plan living area, kitchen and dining area is light filled and looks out to the north east over Jervis Bay.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV and Music – will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Both are smart TVs. Bring your own account details to login into streaming services. The upstairs TV has a soundbar that can operate as a bluetooth speaker.

Please note however that neither the Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Breakers on Orion Beach is within a few minute walking distance to Orion Beach. With a fully fenced backyard with lawn and entertaining deck and outdoor dining table, the house is perfect for people and their pets! There is a fire pit for guest use - so you can enjoy sitting out under the stars! Please arrange your own firewood for the firepit. The property also has an outdoor hot/cold outdoor shower.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Breakers on Orion Beach has ceiling fans in the upstairs living area and in each bedroom, and panel heaters for use when the weather is cooler. There are also reverse cycle air conditioners upstairs and downstairs which can be used when the door are closed.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Breakers on Orion Beach Please bring your own beach towels however.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is parking for 2-3 vehicles on the driveway. All other vehicles will need to be parked on Elizabeth Drive or in local side streets that have free parking. Please do not park on the lawn at this property.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Breakers on Orion Beach is a pet friendly property for small and medium dogs only, subject to the following rules:

- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
- The yard is fully fenced
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Stunning house in a great location

We loved our stay at this property for a weekend away! It’s a beautiful house, really well furnished and with great kitchen supplies. Views are stunning and easy proximity to nearby shops and beaches. Can’t wait to stay again!

Gorgeous location, beautiful house

The Breakers is the perfect spot for a getaway. The house is absolutely spotless, spacious and well set-up with everything you and the kids (and dogs) need. From the kitchen with all the cookware, plates/cutlery for kiddos, to the dog water bowl outside, indoor in outdoor furniture - everything was perfect. The beach is moments away via a walkway and stairs, and we loved the outdoor shower to wash the saltwater and sand off. The beds were all incredibly comfortable, and the kids' rooms had a great book collection. Our daughter loved the piano in the downstairs bedroom too.The backyard is another highlight with a beautiful deck, outdoor set-up and extendable awning to protect from the sun (and rain!). We had an incredible storm with thunder and lightning and enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sky light up.Honestly, there was nothing lacking and there's no doubt things I've missed - the only thing we wished was we'd stayed longer! Next time.

House was beautiful! Spotless. Functional. A minute from the beach and walking track. Gorgeous garden. Everything you could need stocked! Perfect holiday house. Loved it!!
