Perfect for up to 3 people. This apartment has everything your home has but in a more exclusive location.

Living room, kitchen, a spacious bedroom, bathroom and... a large terrace chiil out with sea and mountain views! You can relax with family or friends after an intense day at the beach.

Welcome to our charming apartment in Villaviciosa, designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for up to 3 guests.

The spacious bedroom includes a double bed, a large wardrobe with hangers, and a TV.

The living room features a cozy sofa bed, combining with the kitchen to create an open, welcoming space.

Though compact, the apartment is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring you have everything you need.

The standout feature is the expansive terrace, furnished with a table and sofas, perfect for unwinding and taking in the scenic views.
It has also a canopy, ideal for protecting from rain or sun.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the large, furnished terrace. Enjoy amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, TV in the bedroom, and electric heating in the bedroom, living room, and bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and kitchenware, ensuring you can prepare meals with ease.

The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.

Our apartment is located in the picturesque village of Villaviciosa, a few steps from the sea and the Port of Puntal.

This charming area offers a peaceful escape with its beautiful natural surroundings and easy access to the beach.

Enjoy pleasant walks, explore the picturesque streets of the city or venture into the nearby mountains to savour the stunning landscapes of Asturias.

Villaviciosa is known for its cider production, so be sure to visit the local cider houses and taste the famous drink of the region.

Villaviciosa is a charming village in Asturias, known for its beautiful landscapes and welcoming atmosphere.

Our apartment is conveniently located just a few meters from the sea and the Port of Puntal, so it’s easy to explore the area on foot.

It is also located within a natural reserve, offering a unique setting surrounded by nature. Just 100 meters away, there is a marina where guests can enjoy sailing, kayaking, and boat tours.
The Tazones marina, a popular tourist attraction, is located just 5 km from the property.

We recommend you to come by car, you can visit beautiful nearby villages or visit Gijón (30 minutes by car).

The property has a maximum capacity for 3 people.

The living room is spacious and is attached to the kitchen, they are located in the same space without separation.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Appartement voor mensen kleiner dan 1.60 m

De locatie is top, het was zeer schoon en de verhuurder reageerde zeer snel. Wat niet goed was dat de slaapkamer ongeveer 1.85 hoog was. Mijn partner kon alleen maar gebogen door de slaapkamer lopen en je moest door de slaapkamer heen om naar het terras te komen. Het terras was prima behalve als het zonnescherm uit was, dan moest je weer overal bukken. Het keukentje was klein maar prima. De bank die in het keukentje stond was extreem laag, alsof je op je hurken zat. Kortom een prima appartement voor mensen kleiner dan 1.60 die niet dik zijn, het bed is nl 140 breed.
