La Terrazza su Simius is an air-conditioned apartment with an independent entrance and courtyard, located near the beautiful Simius beach. A covered terrace for enjoying an open-air holiday, the courtyard with private parking space, outdoor shower, and barbecue make this house ideal for a completely relaxing holiday close to the sea and the amenities of Villasimius. The apartment is located on the first and last floor and offers the following spaces: a living room with an equipped kitchenette, internal dining table, sofa, and TV; a double bedroom [or with 2 single beds] with a wardrobe and access to the terrace; a bathroom with a sink, shower, wc, and bidet; and a covered panoramic terrace with sea view on the south side and hill view on the north side, where the washing machine is also located. The double exposure of the terrace allows guests to enjoy the fresh air and always have a side protected from the sun and wind.

The windows and doors, equipped with mosquito nets, ensure perfect light and ventilation, while hot and cold air conditioning is guaranteed by an efficient split unit in the living room.

Our guests, who access the property via an independent entrance, can benefit from an uncovered private parking space, a small courtyard featuring a beautiful lemon tree, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. The house is reached via an external staircase, which is partially covered and equipped with a handrail.

Settled in one of the best locations in Villasimius. The passing of pedestrians and vehicles is almost nonexistent; only the few residents pass through. We are located exactly halfway between the town center and Simius beach. Both on foot and with a very short drive, you can reach Simius beach and the town center, where, in addition to the evening nightlife (movida), all essential services are available: market, pharmacy, bank, emergency medical service, tobacconist, etc. Villasimius is a very lively village thanks to its numerous restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, and the shopping street, which offers Sardinian crafts and traditional food stores. The village, inhabited by locals all year round, offers all the services needed for a holiday focused on fun, nightlife, and beach/recreational activities.

In addition to swimming, which can be done on both free and equipped beaches in several beautiful nearby locations, the area offers countless possibilities for lovers of various sports: biking and bicycle rental, dinghy rental, pleasure boating, scuba diving activities within the Villasimius Protected Marine Area [near the tourist port, 1 km away], golf at the Tanka Golf Club Villasimius, horse riding excursions, and shopping/food and wine tours.

DISTRICT and LOCATION: We are located in one of the best locations in Villasimius. The elegant neighborhood is quiet even during the high season. The passage of pedestrians and vehicles is almost non-existent [only the few vehicles of the residents pass through the street in front of the house].
