Wohnung mit Atemberaubender Aussicht! Sehr gerne wieder !! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage mit der Aussicht war das beste was wir jemals erlebt haben. Der Umschwung mit Terrasse und die Grünflächen waren Traumhaft schön und sehr grosszügig. Schöne Terrassenmöbel und Inneneinrichtung. Einzig die Küche ist sehr klein aber alles vorhanden. Es ist einfach zu hoffen das man sich gut mit den Mietern der unteren Wohnung verträgt da man sehr nahe zusammen auf dem Grundstück/Immobilie ist. Der Strand direkt vor dem Haus haben wir sehr geschäzt mit den Kindern. Auch die beiden Strände Cala Catarina und Stefano sind ganz schnell zu Fuss erreichbar

Wonderful stay in Villasimius

We spent a week's holiday with 4 friends in this wonderful accommodation. The communication with the host was always easy, helpful and super friendly. The location of the house is absolutely perfect. The sea view from the house is also amazing and you walk straight down to the beach from the garden, the beach was never too crowded and is in a beautiful little bay where you can go snorkelling. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back again.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit bester Aussicht

Wir waren zu dritt angereist und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach unglaublich. Das Haus liegt in eine ruhigen Wohn-/Feriensiedlung und ist ca. 30 Meter von einem kleinen Strand entfernt (hier gilt es zu beachten, dass der Sand etwas grob ist und im Meer viele Steine und Felsen sind. Der Abschnitt ist was für Schnorchler). Ein zweiter Strand ist fußläufig in etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar (hier ist der Sand etwas feiner, auch ist der Zugang besser, obwohl auch hier teilweise viele Steine und Felsen), ein dritter, der schönste von allen, mit feinem Sand und türkisem Wasser, ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben die Wohnung oben bewohnt und hatten einen herrlichen Ausblick. Es gab reichlich Liegen, die allerdings mit der unteren Wohnung geteilt werden. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe etc) war sehr umfangreich. In der Küche hat es anfangs etwas unangenehm nach altem Fett gerochen, was durch eine fehlende Dunsthaube verursacht wurde. Wir haben uns einen Duftspender besorgt und uns im Laufe des Aufenthaltes daran gewöhnt. Etwas doof fanden wir die Müll-Entsorgung, da man ihn selber zum Rezeptionsbereich bringen musste (auf Sardinien sonst üblich, dass man ihn an die Straße stellt, hier ist es jedoch nicht so), was vor allem beim Bio-Müll etwas ekelig ist. Guiseppe von der Rezeption war uns immer eine schnelle Hilfe, wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten. Auch die Kommunikation mit Fabrizio, dem Eigentümer, lief schnell und unkompliziert.

Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage mit tollem Blick und direktem Zugang zu einer kleinen feinen Bucht am Meer. Die Küche ist leider sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Backofen, sondern nur einen sehr kleines Backgerät. Die Bäder sind okay. Ein Schlafzimmer ist zeckmäsig, die beiden anderen leider sehr klein. Eines davon ist allenfalls für Kinder geeignet. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zurfrieden und können das Objekt sehr empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Siedlung direkt am Meer. Der grobkönige Sandstrand grenzt quasi direkt an das Grundstück und ist aufgrund der Privatsiedlung nur schwach besucht. Man kann sehr gut schnorcheln (Steine ab ca.2-3 m), entspannen und schwimmen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig aber schön eingerichtet. Die große Terrasse mit direkten Meerblick ist phänomenal. Der nutzbare Garten ist nicht sehr groß aber sehr schön angelegt mit Sitzecke unter schattenspendenden Bäumen. Das Haus ist in 3 Wohneinheiten aufgeteilt, wobei 2 sich eine Hälfte des Gartens teilen. Man kommt sich nicht oft in die Quere aber es ist (rein subjektives Empfinden) doch ein wesentlich entspannteres Gefühl wenn man ein Haus für sich alleine hat. Ich erwähne das deshalb weil es, finde ich, in der Beschreibung nicht deutlich gemacht wird dass hier eher eine Ferienwohnung angeboten wird. Ich möchte auch erwähnen, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes eine nächtliche Moskitodesinfektion durchgeführt wurde (großflächig in der gesamten Siedlung vermutlich mittels Drohne) die nur sehr schlecht (zerrissener herunterhängender Zettel an der Zufahrtsschranke) angekündigt wurde. Ich weiß nicht was hier gespritzt wird, der Geruch war sehr unangenehm und hinterlässt gerade mit Kindern ein ungutes Gefühl). Dafür hätte man aber größtenteils Ruhe vor Moskitos/Stechfliegen. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, die von ihrer traumhaften Lage lebt. Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit Fabrizio war hervorragend.

Beautiful house, view and beach

Lovely vacation, next to the beach, with a magnificent view from the terrace where we ate all our meals. Beach is fantastic and only a few steps away. The house is very comfortable, even if some decoration a little dated. You live in close proximity to the apparement on the ground floor due to the shared garden. This was fine for us as our children made friends and played together, but something to bear in mind if you are looking for intimacy.

Wunderbarer Ferienort

Wir haben unsere Ferien im Apartment von Fabrizio sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich: (fast) Privatstrand, wunderschöner Garten mit Meersicht, man ist schnell am Hafen von Villasimius (Tauchcenter plus Restaurants), die Stadt Villasimius ist in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist typisch italienisch und nicht mehr ganz modern (jedoch top: die Küche ist gut ausgestattet). Das Haus ist leider sehr ringhörig und man hört/sieht allfällige Nachbarn oft. Das Haus ist sonst jedoch sehr ruhig gelegen.

Traumhafter Ausblick!

Großzügig geschnittene Villa mit super Terrasse! Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, vor allem der Ausblick und der Außenbereich sind herrlich! Der Strand direkt vor der Tür ist klein aber fein, in der Nähe gibt es für alle Geschmäcker genügend Möglichkeiten für einen gelungenen Strandtag! Was wir bisher noch nie erlebt haben: Der Grill war supergut gereinigt! Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Möbel in den Schlafzimmern mitsamt den Matratzen sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, genauso wie der Kühlschrank, der mehr nach außen als nach innen kühlt. Den Modergeruch aus anderen Bewertungen können wir bestätigen. Trotzdem 5 Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung!

Pieds dans l’eau

La casa del sig. Fabrizio si trova in una posizione ottimale, con accesso diretto ad una tranquilla spiaggia che consente di fare facilmente bagni all’alba ed al tramonto. La casa è ben tenuta, con una splendida terrazza, un arredamento stile marinaro e molto bene attrezzata per cucinare in casa e al bbq all’aperto.

Luogo paradisiaco

Casa situata in un angolo davvero meraviglioso della costa sarda a Capo Carbonara. Coniuga il binomio perfetto tra la minuziosa cura, rispetto e pulizia del luogo con la possibilità di godere pienamente dell'immediata vicinanza di un mare "maestoso"...con uno scorcio che le foto non riescono a rendere da quanta naturale bellezza si può realmente assaporare, anche cenando all'aperto in veranda. Un grazie a Fabrizio che ha messo a disposizione questo "angolo" di paradiso.

Better than expected

This home is absolutely fabulous. The property is part of a private luxury development with 40 houses or so, with a concierge at the gate. The view from the very large terrace is phenomenal, with the pictures on the site not doing justice to the property. The house was very clean, WiFi worked perfect and from the entrance of the garden it is just a few steps to the development's own private beach. If you want some change of beach scenery, there are plenty of very nice beaches within a few minutes drive. The kitchen is very basic and not too large, but there is a huge outside oven to compensate for that. The property also has no air conditioning, but it has secured window shutters you can open at night to let the wind cool the house comfortably. The huge garden is shared with the downstairs apartment, but most of the garden is at this level, so we almost never even saw the downstairs neighbors. The side neighbors have an almost mirrored attached house and terrace, and you do hear them clearly, but for us it was not a problem at all. There is also a nice town and marina nearby to go and visit, but nothing beats the terrace looking out over the Mediterranean. Me and my wife were here at the end of July with our two small sons and also for them it was perfect, with the safe secluded beach and large garden. All in all we had a great time and this place is actually one of the few places I would visit again, while I normally always want to experience new places. Tip: with the app Marine Traffic you can see which ships you see passing on the horizon.

Amazing location

Fabulous house in a super location , situated directly on the beach. Fabrizio & family were lovely hosts and the house is as described. I loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the birds and butterflies. The view is spectacular. Great Wi-Fi was an unexpected bonus. There is no a/c, and normally this is not an issue but we arrived in a heatwave, so was a little hot at night. I would recommend this house if you are looking for peace & relaxation and will definitely return. Thank you Fabrizio.

vacanze al mare

Siamo stati in vacanza nella proprietà di Fabrizio a meta giugno. La zona é bellissima, l`appartamento é molto curato e la posizione é fantastica. Fabrizio e la sua bellissima famiglia sono molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliamo vivamente questa bellisima casa direttamente sul mare. Le serate sul patio con vista mare sono incantevoli.

La casa ha una posizione eccezionale e con i bambini ci siamo trovati benissimo!

La casa è comodissima proprio in riva al mare, in un comprensorio silenzioso. È stata una vera vacanza, torneremo sicuramente!
