"The room was very clean. The linens were crisp white clean and plenty of pillows. The pillows were a bit puffy so I used my own... That's just preference. The room had a good size fridge, microwave and the coffee maker was one of those little once that look like a kuerig but you put in a small packet of coffee. I didn't use it. "Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management "

"Unbelievably disruptive neighbors with yelling, screaming, arguments and slamming doors. We thought the hotel staff was attempting to deal with the issue and did not report on top of it. It was claimed the issue was unknown. Totally ruined, sleep and stay and I tend to believe it was a resident of the condominiums. Nice location ruined by disrespectful individuals on the 5th floor. "

"The room was very large and nice. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. I had trouble with the lighting. There was a master switch that had to be turned on or some of the lights wouldn’t work. Also the air conditioner was very loud but I just turned it off as the room was cold. I was not told that there would be an additional $39 parking fee added on to the room charge. This upset me. The manager seemed to think that everyone should know that you have to pay to...

"Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Breakfast was good. The only thing I noticed was there was a cleaning cloth that was left on the counter in our bathroom. Beyond that, the room was clean and comfortable."

"Great location to walk to Lake Michigan and the Public Market as well as many shops and bars. Hotel room was large. Staff so helpful. Asked for recommendations for coffee places, bus stops and pizza delivery and all staff members were beyond helpful. Breakfast was good. Lots of options hot and cold and coffee was great for a hotel. Would stay again "

"What an iconic place to stay in Milwaukee! It’s the total city hotel experience."

"Had an issue with the valet parking. Young man who took our key fob went off shift without logging it in. I only knew there was an issue because I did not receive the valet text for payment and retrieval. It took about 45 minutes to resolve. Glad I did not need vehicle right away! Rest of experience was great! Super friendly staff in Hotel."

"It's a fabulous old building converted into a great place to stay. High ceilings and stylish design everywhere made it a very comfortable and cosy place to stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It's in a great location as well! I plan to stay here again when I'm back in Milwaukee!!"
