The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. "The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. I asked for a parking refund and parked at Pacific Edge Hotel. I was woken up by...

The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit.
