"I booked only a week from my trip. This was the best deal and the reviews were right. It is a great option for those who want to travel into the city center. While there I used 3 different train lines, and one bus line. It's very easy to navigate. Eleanora is very helpful and gave up a map when we checked in. I booked the quad room which was perfect for me and my 3 kids. The room was clean and comfy. We also felt very safe there. The B&B is located in a much bigger apartment building. So...

"One thing I can say, it was my first time doing everything electronic, I was skeptical. Had all the what if’s❤️ the communication was impeccable! You can not go wrong booking this suite! Clean, assessable to the M line. Easy to down town. The suite was so beautiful and modern. Beds were very comfortable! "Room was very nice and modern. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It was safe and quiet. Although we didn't use, there was parking inside the property, a very nice feature! Only suggestions I have are minor things that make life easier - towel racks, any kind of shelf in the shower, some kitchen basics like plates and silverware and a microwave for those excellent Roman restaurant leftovers. "

"Super freundliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und beraten über den Ort und die Lage. Unser superior Room war sehr gepflegt und nett eingerichtet. Schön dekoriert. Die Lage ist super und man hat gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten dafür, falls man mit dem PKW anreist. Die gute Lage hat aber auch seine Nachteile, es war teilweise sehr laut, wegen Bauarbeiten oder Lärm aus der Stadt. Ich persönlich kam mit dem Bett nicht klar und hatte Rückenschmerzen und au ch wegen des Kissens...

"The room itself was nice. However, when I entered the room they didn’t refill the water or the tea/coffee station. The breakfast selection is standard European breakfast but they do not have any prepared fruits available. The air condition is disabled until May 1 so the room was humid and muggy. Keep that in mind if you are travelling. "

"Showers flooded our first room poorly designed showers that don't drain properly doors didn’t close flooded the bathroom. Body wash was almost empty in our second room since we had to leave the first room. Bed in the first room very hard basically a box spring. They did accommodate us to a new room but same issue with the shower. My recommendation would be to have maintenance install properly equipped showers that don't leak water because it’s dangerous to have water leak with electronics or...

"Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! "
