"Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting...

"Très bien situé au milieu du centre historique. Surclassé à l'arrivée dans une suite. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné, nous avons pris un thé au bar et l'on nous a offert un assortiment de petits gâteaux. La plupart du personnel parle le français. Très bel hôtel avec salle de gym et sauna. Tout était parfait, je recommande."
