"The apartment was just as described. Very quaint and had special touches added. Slippers and clean towels on all the beds, different coffees, teas, and drinks in the refrigerator. They also arranged to let us keep luggage at office and transported to the apartment since we arrived before the apartment was ready. Would definitely stay here again."

We got there one hour before checkin, and the receptionist made sure to provide us with cappuccino and Fanta, and a snack for all three of us, as we waited. They were so welcoming. "The room was clean and efficient. A/c was heat and location was wonderful. Staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast wasn’t included, but it could have been an add on for a fee. "We enjoyed the convenience of the location to places that we visited. There were multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. It would have been nice to have more English-speaking channels on the TV or the ability to cast my phone to the TV to watch movies. The hotel is not good for mobility challenges. While there is an elevator, it does not open on the floor, but the patron must use steps to reach the floor. While I have issues, I was able to use the steps. Anyone requiring a walker or...

We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch.
