My daughter and I lost a set of dominoes (that had extreme sentimental value) and he went out of his way (& spent a good amount of time) to find them. The pool was being renovated so the view was of a building site. A maintenance man walked into my room unannounced. My complaint wasn’t taken seriously initially and there was no compensation, other than buffet breakfast.
