"Hotel looks really good, the rooms are outdated, I had a non smoking room but the rooms did feel like a smoking smell was in the room.
The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I had imagined, the buffet breakfast was also not upto expectation. I was staying 1 night so it was ok, I would not book again."

"Courtyard by Marriott turned into Motel 6 …!!
1) Room has standard menu, I ordered and later got surprised to know that they have another menu which has higher price. I am thinking Rs 750 as per room menu but bill came Rs 2400 per order. Big scam!!!
2) TV was not working, I called maintenance and they still couldn’t figure out.
3) After building a rapport with staff, they politely said this is the worst room.
4) Dining/Food manager Mr. Sagar, I am sorry to express that it was a worst...
