"Bed room and toilet nice and clean Very quiet room so slept well. Downstairs sports bar very noisy and other bar closed Breakfast buffet very average. No waitress service only a machine coffee so not so great"

"The room was hotter than the sun, the fan provided did nothing and even the floor felt hot. The towels and sink had hairs on them. The room had one plug socket and it was nowhere near the bed. The temperature of the shower couldn’t be controlled, it was extremely hot in the room so I turned on only the cold tap and when I switched it to shower it would still come out hot and change temperature frequently and I couldn’t control it."

"Lovely hotel within walking distance of Brandshatch circuit. A big shout out to Sam who decorated the room for my partners birthday. Also thank you to the staff for upgrading us. We had an enjoyable stay and will be returning on our next visit to Brandshatch Circuit."

"The breakfast was good,cleaning was ok with lovely staff,but no fridge in the room."

"Breakfast excellent but the meat at theSunday carvery wasn't covered by staff all the time and consequently blue bottle flies were walking over the roast beef which put you off. When said about it to the staff member she just smiled and gave a little laugh. Not the most suitable answer. Otherwise the stay was very good."

"Do no stay at this hotel, it is terrible. It was totally run down. The curtains were ripped and hadn't been washed in years. The bathroom was filthy with brown stains in toilet and black grime on shower seals. The sink had hard toothpaste left on it obviously from the guests before us. The room itself was thick with dust and the carpet was covered in stains and hadn't been hoovered in weeks.Even the walls had dirty marks all over them We had booked 2 rooms and both were as bad as each other. "Really nice stay on a very unique and historical boat. Clean and well kept. Owners obviously love the place! "

"We stayed at the property last year, somethings have changed not necessarily for the better. I always look forward to a cooked breakfast but sadly they no longer do cooked food at all which is a shame and sadly a continental breakfast doesn't work for me"
