"Carpet was filthy
Sink would not drain
Toilet and tub continued to run
Asked maid on 3 rd day to change bedding and provide clean towels.
She made bed but did not change bedding
She took dirty towels but left the only two clean towels that were already there
Worst was the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel
— rudeness, most unprofessional staff ever dealt with.
I would not stay here"

"This was our first time using Avid. It was easy to find and parking was no problem. The young lady, Talia, I believe, that checked us in was just delightful and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Mixed feelings on breakfast. It was good, but limited. However, the coffee machine that ground and brewed fresh coffee was wonderful and was available 24/7. Overall, it was a comfortable stay"

It's nice to have the option to enjoy breakfast and/or dinner there, as well as a cocktail if you choose, and the food and service were great! Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"A laptop was stolen from my room. No one would look at the security cameras and I asked for a reimbursement from the hotel and they declined. I contacted the local police department and filed a report.
Because I booked the hotel room thru EXPEDIA there’s no recourse for me as a customer.
Don’t stay at this hotel and be very careful if you choose to use Expedia."

"I really enjoyed the placement of the hotel and such! It was a really nice and fun hotel to where you also did not have to stay in your hotel room all the time if you wanted!! I love the way it was designed and the little designs and everything and had a hammock you could use! The only little thing was the WiFi is a spotty and the tv remote you really had to push down to even use it and the tv was slow."
