Set within a renovated 1930s heritage home, this listing is for one private bedroom in a two bedroom beach inspired suite. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and backyard are shared with guests in the second bedroom. The suite includes a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and pantry basics, fresh towels, and a large smart TV for relaxed evenings.



Designed for comfort, flexibility, and ease, this space is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a relaxed and budget friendly stay with access to a one of a kind feature.



Please note that ceilings are approximately 6 feet high, and as part of a heritage home, you may occasionally hear natural floor creaks from above.



Located just a short drive from downtown, you can easily explore the city while returning to a calm and laid back retreat.

A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the house, offering direct routes to downtown Victoria, the University of Victoria, and other key destinations. For those who prefer to drive, we offer ample guest parking and are just a 10–15 minute drive from downtown, local beaches, and scenic parks. Hillside Mall, only a few blocks away, makes shopping and dining a breeze, with options like Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and local favourites like McRae’s close by. The area is also bike-friendly, with designated cycling routes for easy and eco-friendly travel. Whether you're here to explore or simply relax, everything you need is within easy reach.



Other Things to Note:

Some ceilings in the suite are under 6 feet, so you may occasionally hear sound from upstairs. The washer and dryer are located beneath the main patio deck near the entrance to the lower suite, so you might see other guests using them from time to time. Laundry pods and fabric softener are provided for your convenience.



The pool is self-cleaning, but we kindly ask that you tidy up any excessive mess after use to help keep it enjoyable for everyone.



Interaction with Guests:
