Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 21 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Convenient Location but noisy

This is a lovely 2 bdrm apartment conveniently located to the harbor and greater downtown area. The downside is that the apartment faces Douglas St/Route 1 which is the major city bus/traffic route. It is very loud. The bedrooms are close to Douglas and face a bar/gaming business and there is music and loud conversation until the wee hours. Other than the noise issue, the apartment was mostly quite clean and very pleasant to stay in. Security in the building is excellent.

Beautiful condo but Noise was the downside

Condo was as described. Very spacious and very well equipped. The beds were amazingly comfortable – hotel quality. Poor selection of general TV channels but excellent Netflix. The floor to ceiling windows on two sides were wonderful, making the suite very bright and open to the downtown. The only downside was noise from the Sticky Wicket pub across the street which lasted up until 3 AM on the weekends. Otherwise, the location was fabulous with great access to restaurants and other downtown amenities.

Gorgeous Victoria Apartment

Came to Victoria to visit some dear friends. This is our second stay at the Falls and this apartment is even nicer than the previous one we stayed at. Sparkling clean and with all the amenities you need. The location can’t be beat. Close and walkable to everything. Easy check in and out. Host very prompt and responsive to questions. We had a lovely time. Would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo in Downtown Victoria

This is a beautiful gem of a condo in downtown Victoria. We felt at home instantly. The condo was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit was beautifully furnished and had luxurious finishes. We loved the wrap-around balcony. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of the Empress Hotel and many great restaurants. The views of the city and mountains are perfect. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had. We would not hesitate to book this condo again in our next trip to Victoria!

Excellent Condo and building we have utilized repeatedly .

This particular condo in “ The Falls” building allowed pets which is a gift for us on holiday week-ends when quality pet sitters can not be found. The location of The Falls is so excellent. You can’t get better located. There were a few small things missing, glasses , dish cloths etc that should be easily caught if the cleaners are using a check list but the management team corrected all immediately and to full satisfaction. Of all the furniture, the beds were very comfortable and that is always so appreciated. The entry and exit procedures are straight forward but a bit unusual so somewhat cumbersome. Now that I’ve done it a number of times I do see the benefits of the process for everyone concerned. I’d recommend this property for others and I’d certainly use it again myself. Very clean and I’d like to compliment that highly.

A clean and spacious rental that's nicely situated within walking distance of many things. It's across from a bar/nightclub so just bring a white noise machine and you'll be fine! The host is very easy to communicate with.

Truly a luxurious spot to stay in the heart beat of the downtown core.

The condo boasts high end fixtures and finishes and the hosts have done a wonderful job appointing the until. The on site parking is worth the upgrade as it's quite expensive to park overnight in the downtown area. The building is very secure and the location is tough to beat, walking distance to everything that is downtown. We will return :)
