1920s Home in Incredible Location - "Wirramulla"

Location, location, location!! “Wirramulla”, a 1920’s character home located in the heart of Victor Harbor. It is immaculately presented, very secure and found in a brilliant location- it’s a 2-minute stroll to everything the town has to offer including the beach, Horse-Drawn Tram, Granite Island, Ocean St, Cockle Train, Farmers Market, SA Whale Centre, great Cafés and restaurants, playgrounds... so leave the car at home!
The space
An inviting neutral colour palette with new furnishings will greet you at the front door. A wide hallway with high ceilings will transition you through this charming home to access all bedrooms and living areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for easy food preparation including new high-quality appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and a basic starter pantry.

The traditional main living room has a lovely ambience and includes a smart TV with Netflix, comfortable modern lounge and a bookshelf that contains books, boardgames and toys to entertain the family.

The house includes 2.5 bathrooms for guests to utilise with the rear bathroom being newly renovated and includes an in-built laundry. There is also a separate powder room.

The sunroom/dining captures the beautiful afternoon sunlight which makes it the perfect place for shared meals and drinks. Alternatively, an all-weather alfresco area at the rear is fitted with café blinds, BBQ, heater and looks out to a manicured backyard.

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds (bunks)
** All linen is provided, excluding beach towels
** A highchair and portacot is available on request

Other things to note:
- The house is fully fenced (including side gate to separate backyard)
- No more than 8 guests are able to be accommodated
- No parties of any kind are tolerated
- Not available for schoolies, hens or bucks shows

Comfortable & Convenient

A quaint old style home, but with modern facilities, in the centre of town. We loved being able to walk to everything around Victor Harbour. The home had all the facilities we needed including a newly renovated bathroom/laundry. It was perfect for us.

Central but quiet location with easy access to attractions in the area as well as supermarkets, cafes etc. The property is beautifully presented - very clean & everything you would need for a getaway is provided. Highly recommend it.

What a find! Beautiful character home with all the amenities plus charm and convenience of a fantastic location. Treat this home as you would yours and respect the care and attention the young family owners have obviously invested in, with their passion for the locality and good life. This is such a warm and inviting home. We loved the beautifully styled little spaces created for relaxing and unwinding. It is in a great location with all the essentials within walking distance but the property feels contained and quiet enough to be able to enjoy the serene backyard and enclosed entertaining area. I look forward to returning for another quiet few days in beautiful Victor Harbour!

We had such a lovely stay. The property was just lovely. Very comfortable, neat and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Wirramulla was in such a fantastic location, close to everything. The host gave us great ideas on where to eat out and the restaurants and hotels did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Victor Harbor.
