It consists of main villa and a cottage which are within a short distance from each other (15m) and they can accommodate up to 22 guests.

Main villa (295 sq. m - sleeps 15+1)

Ground floor: spacious living room with satellite TV, fireplace and access to the outside, a second small living room with fireplace and access to the outside, dining room with table for 16/18 seats, kitchen (equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table 4 seats and access to the outside), one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower.

First floor: three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and pull out single bed. These all have been decorated in a simple classic style with charming Tuscan features like cotto flooring and wooden beamed ceilings.

Cottage (150 sq. m - sleeps 4+2):

Ground floor: living room with table for 8 seats, satellite TV and kitchen (equipped with oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher), utility room, living room with double sofa bed and bathroom with tub, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden, a mezzanine with one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

Outdoor: the fenced swimming pool (16mx8m) lies in a panoramic position looking over fields of crops, forests and orchards and it is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. A paved area shaded by oak trees with table and chairs is perfect for "al fresco" dining thanks to a traditional wood-burning oven for homemade pizza and a barbecue. Private parking.
