The house is inside a beach club, in the quiet pedestrian area Città Giardino in Viareggio. The light that filters through the windows of the veranda comes directly from the sea and the beach, which can be reached with a few steps. The house, finely furnished, is ideal for enjoying the climate, the Versilia beach, and for visiting the beauties of Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence within easy reach. The La Vue sur la Mer space is a house connected to a beach club, has a private garden with outdoor furniture. The finely furnished house includes a veranda with a dining room overlooking the sea and a living room with a sofa bed. Inside the house the large kitchen is equipped with all appliances. We find a double bedroom, a study with wardrobe, a bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, for a total of 6 beds. The house is air conditioned, equipped with linen and wifi. From May 1st to September 30th the services include the entrance to the swimming pool with whirlpool shared with the guests of the beach club and the use of a tent on the beach with sun beds, deck chairs and towels. Inside the property, upon request, there is another housing unit with 8 beds. Other things to keep in mind The house is located 200 meters from the historic Liberty promenade of Viareggio where you can find bars, restaurants and shops open in the summer day and evening. A few kilometers away you will find the famous Torre Del Lago and the villa museum where Maestro Giacomo Puccini lived. Our kids didn't want to leave! Pietro is an amazing host. All the amenities are at your fingertips. His place is set up perfectly for families. One of the key highlights of our trip to Italy.

Super location with a wonderful beach and pool.

We ordered several of the pastas for lunch on some days and they were outstanding. The staff were all very helpful and competent. Pietro was great to work with. The wearing of caps in the pool was a big change for us but we eventually adapted.

Sehr gut gelegen!!!

Haus war sehr gut gelegen ( Pool & Strand direkt vor der Türe). Im Haus war es sehr sauber, Handtücher vorhanden inkl Poolhandtücher. Leider wurde für den Preis in der Woche nicht einmal gereinigt. An unseren Haus war direkt ein Keller, der jeden Morgen gegen sieben laut geöffnet wurde. Am Strand war inkl ein grosser Schirm, fünf Liegen/ Stühle und passende Handtücher. Am Pool durften die Kinder weder Ball spielen noch Schwimmtiere mitnehmen. Es gab Schwimmnudeln und Bretter zur Benutzung. Leider gab es am Pool keine Sonnenschirme, nur ein Pavillon für alle. Es gab zu jederzeit einen Bademeister, der sehr gut geschaut hat und immer alles gereinigt hat. Parkplätze gab es „ nur“ öffentliche. Durch Zufall haben wir raus bekommen, dass man am Kiosk zwei Strassen weiter, ein Monatsticket kaufen kann ( 30 Euro). Sonst muss man jeden Tag nachzahlen gehen. In der Unterkunft wusste man davon nichts. Internet im Haus wie am Strand verfügbar und inklusive. Zur Anlage gehörte ein Restaurant, welches von Do-So offen hatte. Das Personal war sehr nett !!!

Feels like home

We visited Pietro and the Bagno Lelia for one week in July 22 and checked in into the beach house ‚Vue sur la mer‘. For my wife, our two small kids (< 4) and myself, the time was just fantastic! Pietro is a great host. You can always see his dedication for the bagno and the guests. The Pool with the nice bar, the gorgeous restaurant, the nearby beach and many small perfect details make a fantastic vacation and make you feel at home soon. We all loved it!

Incomparable stay at the beach

This is the first time I stayed at a one of the traditional beach establishments in Viareggio - and I could not be more pleased. The apartment overlooked the pool area but with privacy from a hedgerow. Each morning we enjoyed a cappuccino overlooking the sea - and the beach club offered meals and drinks also. Pietro provided us with the complete works to enjoy a week at the beach; the beach tent with chairs, beds, and even beach towels. The house was fully equipped, though we enjoyed most meals at a restaurant either along the famous passegiata or in the pine forest. The club is far enough away from night life to remain tranquil and close enough to go everywhere by foot if needed. We were able to enjoy day trips to Lucca and Cinque Terre by train and return home to a refreshing dip in the pool. HIGHLY recommended. Remember to bring sunscreen :)

erholsamer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Gepflegte ansprechende Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz. Uns hat besonders die Nähe zum Meer gefallen. Das Bagno war nie überfüllt. Das Restaurant dort ist auch zu empfehlen. In der Umgebung findet man alles, was man braucht. Restaurants sind in Laufweite. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Beautiful beach house

The whole stay was great. A beautiful well maintained and decorated house. Super comfortable. The location is great while it’s on the beach and a pool in front of the house. Traditional Tuscan cities are a short drive away. Lastly, the host Pietro is super friendly and great in communication. Would recommend staying here!

Superbes vacances familiales : appartement charmant, grande piscine, plage de sable fin, tourisme

Location conforme à la description et aux photos, propriétaires très accueillants, une valeur sûre ! Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel (nombreux rangements, parfaitement équipé), tout confort, décoration soignée, beaux volumes. Grande piscine surveillée avec bains de soleil, tente avec transats réservée sur la grande plage privée de sable fin, draps de bain fournis... le restaurant sur place (sur la plage) est de qualité. Le personnel du club de plage est bienveillant et discret. A 1/2 heure de route, nous avons visité Pise, Lucques, une carrière de marbre de Fantiscritti... Florence est à 1h15 et il faut compter 1h30-1h45 pour Sienne et San Gimignano... nous avons également visité les Cinq Terres en bateau au départ de Viareggio (embarcadère à 2,5 km de la location). Parents et enfants (qui ont entre 7 et 13 ans) avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour à la fois "farniente" et culturel !

Super Strand Feeling

Man ist sofort am Strand und kann sich in der heißen Zeit ins Kühle zurückziehen. Wir haben am Abend den kleinen Garten sehr genossen und waren in unserer Woche sehr glücklich.

Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Ein toller und entspannter Bagno, ganz und gar nicht überfüllt, selbst im August zum Ferragosto. Die Eigentümer waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Fabulous Tuscany

We were delighted with our time at Bagno Lelia with Pietro and his team. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, wonderfully furnished and welcoming. A couple of little things would have helped - a pint of milk, some tea and coffee for example. The facilities are great with a short stroll to the pool or beach. Swimming caps are a must in the pool which is very normal in Italy apparently. Beach and pool towels are provided too. Whilst you can eat in the on site restaurant there is ample choice locally. We particularly liked the Europa restaurant a short walk to the north. Taxis are easily arranged by the staff and it’s a ten minute drive to the station too. Overall - a lovely holiday experience!

Strandurlaub mit Teenies

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit liebevollen Details, alles sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Direkter Zugang zu Pool, Whirlpool, Restaurant und Strand mit kleinem Pavillion, Liegen und Handtüchern. Nach 10 bis 15 min Fußweg erreicht man die Restaurants der endlosen Strandpromenade. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30 min in Lucca oder Pisa. Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt, vor der Tür jedoch sehr enttäuschend....

Vor der Tür diese Bagnos war es sehr enttäuschend, nicht sanierte Gehsteige, vertrocknete Wiesen, ebensolche Sträucher, überall Hundekot...und das auf hunderte Meter. Mehr in der Stadt war es gepflegter.

Little piece of paradise!

We had an amazing stay, the apartment had a perfect location to get around on foot. Pool was great and very clean. The staff even installed a lane line so my kids could do swim workouts in the mornings. Would recommend this place to anyone, but really great for families.

Perfect base for exploring Tuscany

The property was perfect for a family of 4 . Beautifully presented and clean , everything you would need , excellent storage too ! Pietro was very friendly and helpful giving suggestions of places to visit and generally helping with any questions we had . It’s quiet here too, though we were off season . The beach club looks really nice too - lovely pool with seating and loungers on the beach too . However the weather prevented us from using this aspect . Viareggio is perfectly positioned to visit Pisa, Florence , Lucca ( a must ) and Pietrasanta . The train links are excellent . Lots of restaurants within walking distance to Lido di Camiaore and Viareggio . It’s worth getting off the main drag for better more authentic Italian cusine ! It’s very flat along the long shore front so cycling is a great way to get around . All in all a great trip which I will be recommending .

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in einem Beachclub am Strand. Das Zentrum von Viareggio ist gut zu Fuss am Strand oder über eine lange Flaniermeile erreichbar! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung von Pietro nur weiterempfehlen!

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina essendo novembre ma abbiamo fatto delle belle passeggiate sulla vicina spiaggia e mangiato nei ristorantini ancora aperti nelle giornate di sole. Il padrone di casa Pietro è molto gentile e premuroso.
