Verdemare apartment overlooks the fresh "pinewood" in Viareggio, in the city center, 500 meters from the sea.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a small building, consists of:
a hall, a kitchen with a dining table and terrace for home services (washing machine, Pilozzo, boiler etc.).
A living room with large terrace directly overlooking the fresh and green Pineta. In the living room are a dining table, a sofa-bed, a cabinet with TV, stereo and DVD player.
A double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower.
The house has WI-FI free.
Centralized warming
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in spring 2016. The windows are new with shatterproof glass and provide excellent acoustic and thermal insulation. The apartment has a private parking space in the enclosed courtyard of the building and can accommodate motion in a closed fund below.
The city park "Pineta di Ponente" is right outside the house; It is the real cool lung Viareggio, children's paradise with playgrounds, picnic areas to eat or play, bike rental, completely closed to traffic. The beaches with the beaches and the famous Promenade are 500 meters; just cross the Pineta, on foot or by bike in 5 minutes. House guests can, if they want to, forget the car and move on foot or by bicycle. At 100 meters are a supermarket, bars, ice cream parlors, bakeries, fruit and vegetables, pharmacy etc ...
Due to its characteristics the house is ideal for families and holidays with the bike.
From Casa Verdemare you briefly get to Lucca (28 km), Pisa (20 km), Florence (100 km), splendid art visits. 5 Terre (77 km) can be reached in summer by sea thanks to a boat that leaves daily from the port of Viareggio. In 30 minutes drive you can reach the Apuan Alps for nature excursions or to visit the suggestive marble quarries loved by Michelangelo.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles absolut sauber und super ausgestattet! Strand, Promenade, Bahnhof ist alles zu Fuß in 20 min. erreichbar! Supermarkt keine 100m entfernt. Hatten die ganze Woche nicht einmal das Auto bewegt. Parkplatz im abgesperrten Hof. Traumhafter Blick in die Berge der Versilia vom Balkon aus.Und Fabio ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter!Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely apartment in great location. Fabio is a very good host, letting us check in early and also leave the car parked for a couple hours after check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Viareggio.

Als wir gebucht haben, stand in der Beschreibung, dass das Haus 3 Schlafzimmer hat, obwohl es nur zwei hat. Ich glaube, dies wurde jetzt korrigiert. Dieser Fehler bedeutete, dass wir nicht genug Platz hatten, was unsere Erfahrung mit dem Wohnung beeinträchtigte. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung

Super schöne Wohnung mitten in der Stadt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Klar, die zentrale Lage bringt es mit sich, dass Verkehrslärm hinzunehmen ist. Aber aus Erfahrung wissen wir auch, wir wollen nicht erst 3, 4 km vom Stadtrand mit dem Auto anreisen, verzweifelt einen Parkplatz suchen (in Viareggio wie sonstwo auch ein Horror), um an der Promenade zu flanieren.

Super Badeurlaub in toller Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung von Fabio ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Für unseren kleinen Sohn gab es Spielsachen. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht, so waren z.b. Speiseöle, Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel bereits vorhanden. Fabio stand uns jeden Tag für Fragen oder Anliegen zur Verfügung, er betreibt im selben Gebäude einen Eisenwarenladen. Er ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Auto konnten wir auf einem abgeschlossen Hof, neben dem Haus, sicher abstellen. Von der Wohnung ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, zum Bahnhof sind wir 15 Minuten zu Fuß gelaufen. Von dort haben wir mit dem Zug Florenz und Lucca besucht, das klappte ohne Probleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung und in Viareggio wirklich einen tollen Urlaub gehabt.

Tolle Unterkunft für Kultur und Strand

Sehr gut ausgestattete, neue, große Wohnung direkt am Park, nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Mit dem Bus Linie 25 fast vorm Haus geht es ganz schnell zum Bahnhof Viareggio und von dort mit dem Zug nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz, Cinque Terre...perfekt für einen Urlaub ohne Auto! Fabio und seine Frau sind super-nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen! :-)

Appartement in Viareggio an der Pineta

Eine schöne Wohnung mit geschmackvollen Fliesen und guter Einrichtung. Wirklich alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden: Auch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Es gibt drei Balkone. Die Lage am Stadtwäldchen und einem Wohnviertel eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge oder Laufrunden. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nicht mehr als 10 Minuten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gemütliches Appartement in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig in einer herrlichen Lage. Der Strand war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und besonders der Park, der gegenüberliegt, war herrlich. Im Umfeld gibt es wie beschrieben praktische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie eine gute Eisdiele und ein Café. Die Ausstattung ist sogar noch besser als beschrieben. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und die Tage genossen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in netter Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zu zwei Supermärkten, zur Strandpromenade und zum Bahnhof waren ideal. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Mikrowelle und das schöne Bad mit komfortabler Dusche. Fabio stand uns jederzeit für Rückfragen in seinem Haushaltswarengeschäft im Erdgeschoss des Hauses zur Verfügung, Seine unkomplizierte Art war besonders bei unserer verspäteten Anreise sehr hilfreich. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an gleich willkommen.

Top Wohnung mit allem, was es braucht. Danke!!!

Es hat alles gepasst. Fabio konnte uns direkt trotz früher Ankunft empfangen. Wohnung sauber und top in Schuss, das Bad neu, alle elektrischen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank). Sehr gut auch, dass Spülmaschinentabs sowie Salz, Pfeffer, usw. bereitgestellt wurden - so muss man für ein Dutzend Urlaubstage wegen solchen Kleinkrams nicht gleich in den Supermarkt rennen. Die Lage ist sehr gut - Bäcker, Supermarkt, eine erstklassige Pasticceria sind gleich ums Eck. Einen Makel gibt es: Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, haben wir an heissen Tagen Nachts gerne die Fenster auf. Dabei schallen dann gelegentliche Rollergeräusche doch sehr laut nach oben, wenngleich die Wohnung ansonsten ruhig an der Ecke zweier Einbahnstrassen liegt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung mit vollen Sternen nur empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren Ende Juli 2020 für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und alles was man braucht ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt nur paar Gehminuten von Zentrum entfernt, bis zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Parkplatz für das Auto direkt neben dem Haus. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Highly recommended apartment in Viareggio

A perfect place to stay for a holiday in Viareggio. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We had 3 balconies to choose from, depending on the time of day. Lovely neighbourhood with fabulous Patisserie and incredible ice cream bar 30 seconds from the apartment and local supermarket (Conad) next door. A 10 minute stroll to the Promenade and beach through a delightful Pine forest, which we discovered was a lovely local community open space with cafes and children's playgrounds, bike hire and dog walking. Lots of local restaurants within minutes. We also had use of a private and secure car parking space . We highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing break. Thanks Fabio for a great stay.

Absolute Empfehlung - 10/10 Sterne

Wir waren extrem begeistert von der Wohnung und ihrer Lage. 3 Balkone, die Wohnung sehr komfortabel und mit vielen lieben Details geschmückt, sogar eine Flasche Chianti als Willkommensgruß war da. Die Vermieter haben uns direkt wie alte Freunde oder Familienangehörige begrüßt. Fabio hat im Erdgeschoss des Hauses ein Eisenwarengeschäft, ist also im Prinzip immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist an alles gedacht. 20 Meter weiter eine super leckere Eisdiele, direkt dahinter ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wenn man die Straße überquert, ist man direkt in einem Pinienwäldchen, der mit vielen kleinen Kiosks und Unterhaltsungsangeboten speziell für die Kleinen viel Abwechslung bietet. Nach diesem Wäldchen ist man 30 Meter weiter direkt am traumhaften Strand des Viareggio. Wir werden definitiv wieder in Viareggio unseren Urlaub verbringen, und mit Sicherheit wieder in Fabios Wohnung unterkommen wollen. Mille grazie, Franca e Fabio

Tolle Ferienwohnung und ausgezeichneter Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr großzügig geschnitten. Alles was man benötigt ist da ( waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine). Wenn man irgendwo Hilfe benötigt, ist Fabio jederzeit für einen da und hilft. Was uns erstaunt hat, war dass man in Viareggio mit unseren Fahrrädern sehr gut fahren kann. Riesen Park und Riesen Promenade, da ist man immer mobil. Wie gesagt die Wohnung ist wirklich toll ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die komfortabel und zweckmäßig ausgestattete Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Park. Den Strand und die Promenade erreicht man nach einem kurzen, schönen Spaziergang. In der direkten Nachbarschaft findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung bietet sich auch als gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge nach Lucca und Pisa sowie zu Wanderungen in den umliegenden Bergen an.
