"The Oxford Suites Boise is one of my favorite hotels. The spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms are a highlight. The friendly, efficient, and accommodating staff makes the stay even better. "The beds are super uncomfortable.we had a king size bed with 3 small pillows that were. Sink and shower didn't drain. We had 2bath towels 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. It's very close to a processing plant and smell was awful. Pool not available due to some nearby construction. You cant have any visitors nobody but registered guest can be on premise."

"There was a sanitary longer for women's swim wear stuck to the wall in the room. Grimy feel to the floor. Bathroom didn't even include shampoo. Bathroom floor rug was not clean. Sink had not been cleaned, still had soap grime.
Parking lot does not have enough spots for the number of rooms in the hotel. Had to park at the home depot across the way.
Air conditioning unit made a terrible racket.
Hotel was clearly understaffed."

"Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, person working front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Only downside was pool closing at 10 for an hour for maintenance. We (along with lots of other families) were still enjoying the pool at that time. 11 would have a been a lot better. We specially chose that hotel for the pool and then only got to enjoy it for 30 min."

"Our room was right next to the freeway and was SO loud we didn’t get any sleep the first night! We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms but weren’t able to due to the hotel being full, so they offered earplugs (which we got) and a noise machine which they brought to us!"
