"The room was nice but had repeated maintenance issues and was quite small. We were not informed about the heavy construction/renovations underway at the hotel until just before we arrived. Was offered champagne and a 10% discount which I am not sure I received. Had I known of the condition of the hotel and common areas I would have booked elsewhere, but we were stuck with cancellation fees. There should have been full disclosure."

"The the hotel was nice location and quiet. One of the rooms that we had was definitely not in the category that we had booked. The room also smelled of smoke and although it was offered to be cleaned with a filter, it did not happen during our stay. Otherwise, it was a good hotel. The concierge was quite helpful."
