"This is more than just a cozy cottage. It had a great upstairs layout with a centralized kitchen and living room then the downstairs had an awesome game room and movie room. The rooms were all clean floors are all swept and mopped. The only minor things that I could say would be just some slight updating where the paint was damaged, replacing one set of mini blinds in the front bedroom and maybe the porch step on the front side of the driveway, it's just a little high for old knees lol."

"The property was just as described. It's close to many great places to visit and eat, yet offers the serenity of a quiet neighborhood. The hosts provided all the basic necessities plus extras like a fully stocked coffee bar and spices that were especially great with breakfast foods. We'd definitely visit again."

"We had everything we needed The snacks provided for the children was a much appreciated bonus. The house had every amenity we needed with plenty of room for the kids. Location was great. And thank you for the Keurig coffee products for the adults. The facilities were very clean and washers and dryers were an added bonus. Thank you Peter for a great time in Kentucky. "

"The house was very clean and welcoming. It most certainly ment our expectations! We enjoyed how close we were to the Ark Encounter and while driving around we were excited to come upon a small "free" sprinkler area for children, that were also only minutes away. Our grandson enjoyed it so much. I have already recommend your beautiful home to friends and family who are planning a trip to the Ark soon. We do plan another trip to Kentucky and will will be renting this house again! "
