New House with Amazing Views

This is a new build property perched on top of the hill with amazing views out across farm land and Anderson's Inlet. The top story deck is the perfect place to sit and soak in the view while enjoying the sunset and the peaceful surroundings. There is also a covered deck out the back with a bbq and outdoor dining. The inside floor plan and furnishings have been specifically designed to easily accommodate larger groups- and is perfect for 2 large families. There is a well-stocked kitchen with a large oven, a gas BBQ outside and a second fridge downstairs in the laundry. The spacious lounge with large smart TV is the perfect place to sit and relax, while the fire burns in colder months and also a separate living space downstairs for the kids to play and watch TV. There are 2 large bathrooms, 3 toilets and even an outdoor heated shower. Set on a large fully-fenced block with a sheltered area under the deck, there is plenty of space outside if you want to bring your dog along too. All linen is supplied, as well as children's books, toys, high chair and portacot- so you don't need to pack much at all.

Situated only 800m from the Venus Bay shops it is an easy walk up to collect supplies or get your morning coffee. Venus Bay beach number 1 is only 1500m away, this beach is patrolled through the warmer months. Should you want to go off adventuring then Inverloch, Walkerville South, Fish Creek and Meeniyan are all only a short drive away. For those keen on fishing there are boat ramps into the inlet or you can fish directly from the platforms all the way along the Tarwin River.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and spacious and Kirstin was very accommodating. It had everything we needed plus more! Kids loved using the table tennis table and the basketball ring. We all had a great weekend celebrating our family Christmas.Would definitely love to stay again!

This house is fantastic for a family getaway in Venus Bay. Amazing views, great outdoor areas, we didn’t get to utilise due to the unfortunate weather. The home is clean, very spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Equipped with everything you will require to sleep, entertain and dine with your family. Close to the main township, walk to shops and cafes. I would recommend and would definitely book again for next time.

Perfect getaway for families and groups of friends. Kirstin was very helpful and responsive. The house was well maintained and fully equipped. Just under 2 hour drive from Melbourne. Would definitely recommend to anyone who'd like to have a nice and quiet weekend away from the city.

Living area with open kitchen is spacious with decks both at the front and back. Good views and relaxing at the deck. Good separate room for entertainment. BBQ can do with a good clean before using it. As Venus Bay is prone to power outage, solar panel or backup generator may be handy. Dining options in the area are very limited.

Lovely home

Great home for the whole family to enjoy . Clean and fresh with a lovely balconey to sit out and take in the view . Fully equpped kitchen .Note small dogs can escape from the front fence .

Girls Weekend

Had a fabulous girls weekend, we all went away feeling very relaxed. An absolutely gorgeous house located in a very quiet peaceful area and all within walking distance to shops and beach. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely house with great views

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely new home for a weekend away. The house was comfortable with an abundance of supplies. Even though the weather wasn’t great we were able to enjoy the great views and make the most of our stay in Venus Bay.

This house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed from a great stocked kitchen and pantry, to a beautiful outlook from the balcony. The house was just a short walk to the shops and beach. We had a great weekend staying here.

Great Nostaligic weekend

The property was perfect for a family reunion as it allowed us all to wine and dine together at the one table with great views. Being so close to the beach it allowed us to spend time near the water and also to simply walk to breakfast(shops are very close). Wood heater was perfect and created a great ambiance. Kirstin couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and was open to ideas. Thank you

Great quiet spot

we stayed middle of winter so we pretty much had Venus bay to ourselves. This is a lovely house and a great place to explore the area from. The comm's with the owner were also fantastic - recommended.

Perfect to flop and drop!

This is an immaculate property - beautiful furnishings and the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Great spot for walks to the beach, fishing on the river or just relaxing with friends or family. We loved it!

Enjoyable getaway.

Ideal accomodation for our group of 4 and would easily accomodate more. Spacious, comfortable, clean & modern facilities. Steep gravel driveway to the carport may not suit all vehicles however parking available inside lower driveway.

Lovely house in Venus Bay

Property faces north with a scenic view towards Andersons Inlet. Great place to relax and spend time with family. Has a really nice verandah with a terrific view, great place to kick back and chill on the outdoor sofa. A real coffee machine with grind provided was just superb.

Just Perfect!

Our family of five just enjoyed a wonderful week at this gorgeous property. Communication with the property owner Kirstin was excellent and the home was beautiful and clean, modern and bright. This was one of the only places we’ve stayed where all linen was provided as well as plenty of household items such as tea towels, bin bags etc…often it’s these little things that make all the difference. My son in particular loved the coffee machine! Thanks so much, we hope to be back again soon.
