THINGS TO KNOW:
For stays of 30 nights or more, please read below:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional 850.00 Per Month Utility will be applicable and outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, and if your stay includes 1 or more pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $155 per pet per month will be required to be paid on top of your initial booking value.
--If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.

-For adventure seekers, whale-watching excursions and trips to the Channel Islands National Park are just minutes away.

-Located on one of the nicest lanes in the Pierpont area, with one of the widest stretches of sand in the Pierpont area, close to the volleyball courts at the State Beach, immediate access to the coastal bike/running path and close to retail amenities on South Seaward.
-Close to great beach activities, sand volleyball courts, wonderful bicycle path (to Ojai, Santa Barbara or Oxnard), fishing trips, whale watching and trips to Channel Islands National Park are all available from Ventura and Channel Islands Harbors (only five to ten minutes away). Great surfing all along Ventura coast for beginners to experts.
-There are beach towels, beach chairs, and one beach umbrella available for use at this property.
-This home does have an elevator on property. Please note that your booking charges requires a deposit to use the elevator and it is not included in your normal booking.
