"The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. "

"Nice separate room self contained on a secure property. Worked out perfect with easy access to the freeway and any food or shopping within 5 minutes distance. The property host is on site, very nice, and answers any questions at a moments notice. It's also very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others. Much better deal than a local hotel."

Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. "

"If you are looking for a place to stay near Santa Barbara, you can’t ask for a better place than this. A quiet little sanctuary with a Bali feel. Property manager was very communicative in every way from responses, recommendations, check in and check out. Our family felt very comfortable. "This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. We had great time, although I did have to get used to different stove top. One thing missing was pans that worked with induction since need to be magnetic. But we liked...

"Down town shopping within a 20-30 minute walk. Beautiful neighborhood quiet at night. We bought our bikes and rode to the downtown and beach area pretty easy. "

"Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B."
