The Enclave at Playa Avellanas is a new gated community and villa A6 is in a private sub-community of 11 villas situated around a large sapphire pool. The modern luxury villa includes 3BR/2BA and is nestled in a magical, exotic beach destination. Completed in 2023, the 1854 sq. ft. villa boasts professional design, high-end furnishings, WiFi and air conditioning in every room. This tranquil, tropical villa is perfect for families, multi-couples, nature lovers, eco-tourists, groups of friends, and surfers.

* New addition: Villa A6 is a rare find in that it now has a private backup water storage/supply system. When city water goes out in Avellanas, Villa A6 backup water system will activate automatically.

Playa Avellanas is celebrated for enormous expanses of beautiful white sand beaches and amazing surf breaks. There are eight surf breaks along its shore, ranging from beginner to advanced, with swells from both hemispheres.

Living Spaces:
The villa features modern architecture with high ceilings, open design and a bright, airy ambiance. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light.
The living room design incorporates natural materials; polished stone counters, teak and Guanacaste wood furniture and throw pillows with natural fibers and textures provide an elegant, organic richness. Exotic tropical art combined with natural materials provides a consistent and natural tropical energy throughout the villa.

A sand toned sectional sofa, stylish area rug and Guanacaste coffee table are nicely arranged around a wood entertainment center and wall-mounted SmartTV. Relax here to stream your favorite shows and movies, or cozy up with a good book.

Sliding glass doors from the living/dining space open out to a covered terrace with views of exotic tropical gardens, palms and swimming pool. Clerestory windows bring in additional light, to reinforce indoor/outdoor living.

Kitchen & Dining:
The stylish, fully-equipped designer kitchen has custom cabinets the hue of coconut husk. Plenty of space for all your necessities!
Luxury stainless steel appliances include; a French door fridge with icemaker, electric range, oven and a large, farmhouse style sink. Additional kitchen accessories include; a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.
Polished stone countertops provide plenty of room for meal prep! A huge kitchen island with polished stone waterfall countertops anchors the kitchen as a center point to prepare food, gather and laugh.
Sip your morning cappuccino, tea, or fresh tropical juices at the breakfast bar with stool seating for four. Slice fresh plantains, pour mimosas or blend your protein smoothie.
Enjoy a couple of drinks at the kitchen bar while the food is cooking. The open-design kitchen ensures that a chef is never isolated from the social scene. Whether whipping up a simple breakfast, quick snack, or a three-course gourmet dinner, you’ll feel at ease in this kitchen.

Bedrooms & Baths:
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The bedrooms have lofty ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, vibrant fine art, closets, nightstands with reading lamps and sliding glass doors that open out to the terrace and gardens. Blackout curtains provide privacy at night.
Every bed has new, high quality mattresses, sumptuous linens, premium pillows, sheets and blankets. The primary bedroom has a King Bed and private ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom glows with natural light from clerestory windows and boasts a double-sink custom vanity, a bathtub and traditional glass-door shower bordered with stylish black granite tile, and an attached open-air shower.
The other 2 guest rooms have queen beds and share access to bathroom #2. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries and hairdryers, so you don`t have to worry about bringing your own.

Outdoor Amenities:
Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this exotic, resort-style enclave. The living/dining space opens out to a covered terrace with alfresco dining/outdoor living. The covered terrace features tile floors, exposed ceiling beams, stylish ceiling fans, and sophisticated earth-tone furnishings. This is a wonderful gathering & entertaining space near the pool!

Exotic tropical gardens and palms run throughout the community and the pool is just steps away from the door. Morning sunshine inspires swimming, play and relaxation! Make a splash in the sparkling blue pool. Soak up sunshine and Vitamin D on a poolside lounge chair. Or, relax in the shade for a breezy siesta.

The beach is less than a mile away. Playa Avellanas is located on Costa Rica`s `Gold Coast` only 15 minutes south of Tamarindo and very close to the JW Marriott Guanacaste, a private country club with an 18 hole golf course.
At dusk savor dazzling hues of Pacific sunsets; royal purple, deep blue, orange and gold. Outdoor night dining is magical.

The best option for getting around in Avellanas is by car. Four-wheel drive is highly recommended in the rainy season. To access the beach, drive down to Lola’s and park in the dedicated parking area.
