Enjoy a relaxing stay at River Time! Located right in the heart of Van Buren you have quick and easy access to dinning, shopping, and all activities Current River has to offer. The Landing, Jolly Cone, and Public River access are all within walking distance of the home.

The home is on a quiet street with a spacious back yard, equipped with a fire pit, table, and chairs. Inside the home is a full kitchen( stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, & cooking utensils), 2 bedrooms (1 queen + 2 twins), 2 bath (shower), that sleeps 5 guests. Wi-Fi available. Cute place!

We enjoyed our stay in this little place. Check in was super easy. We had a couple minor glitches that were fixed in a timely manner. Communication with Casey and Wesley was easy.

Family wedding

Was amazing and felt like home. Close to almost everything. Was nice to have a place that family could comee over and visit with us while we were there. Will be renting again hopefully later this summer when get to come up again to spend time on the river with family.

TV problems

We love staying here.Actually the third time.Only problem we had was the TV and internet weren't working for about a day and a half.If it wasn't for the cleaning girl (Becca) it probably would have been out longer.She was a real sweetheart. Her son actually turned us on to the internet tower which she noticed wasn't plugged in all the way.

Much better than a motel

We were in town to visit family and being in a house is much better than a hotel room!! We were able to visit with relatives, from in town and out of town, so it was great! The host was quick to reply when I had any questions or comments. The kitchen was well equipped, even had an air fryer. There is a bench with 2 chairs on the front porch and seats around a fire pit in the back. It was too hot for a fire but definitely would have used it, if it would have been cooler! The only issue was the hall bathroom not flushing all of the time, luckily the bathroom in the master bedroom was in good working condition. I would suggest not putting toilet paper in the hall bathroom.

Cute and cozy

This house was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay. It was very clean, cozy, and the perfect size. It was close to a gas station, store and food for convenience. I would absolutely recommend staying in this home.

Very cute and cozy

Everything was very nice. Ample cleaning products for our needs. Comfy and cozy for all of us. Nice big back yard. Quiet little neighborhood. Enjoyed all the surrounding areas we visited. Just a lovely area to visit.

Nice cottage in Van Buren near Current River. Convenience stores and gas stations nearby. Stock up on food for the trip, grocery stores are few and far between. Will stay there again.

Relaxing Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this home.We like it because it is so close to everything we wanted to do. Is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. And we've never had to contact owner after arriving. I'm sure we will stay again in the not too distant future.

Relaxing Getaway

This little place was perfect for what me and my mom were looking for!! We wanted a quiet relaxing place to get away from the craziness of life!! The internet never worked for us but the tvs were connected so that didnt bother us at all!! Such a clean, quiet and beautiful place close to everything you need and the water!!!

Cute and cozy place

Girls weekend suppose to be five of us but only three made it. The place was cute as a button, we loved how it was decorated. Did find two dirty plates in cabinet that guess last guest didn't wash good but other than that this place had everything we needed, we packed to much stuff . Coffee, sugar, shampoo all provided. We will stay there again.

Cockroaches

We have stayed in this house and the one next door for many years but I think they got new owners 1 or 2 years ago. Now there are little things like light bulbs out (the fridge, 1 in the kitchen, 1 in a bathroom), the bathroom door doesn't stay shut in the master (barn door), the handle on the bathroom door is broken in the master. And then there are big things like lots of cockroaches. And they are not scared. They crawl all over the walls in the kitchen and living room and we even found them in the bedrooms. I took photos and videos and sent them to the property manager. He said that the house was "suppose" to be sprayed the previous week but with how active the roached were that clearly did not happen. I asked if he could have the housed sprayed while we were on the river and he said he would try to get someone out there. We got back from the river around 8PM and the first thing we saw a a roach on the wall and it was active. We saw more active roaches after that. The day we checked out he texted me and said that an owner would call me that day but I never heard anything. We put all of our luggage in my car while were on the river and at night because I didn't want to bring that to my home. I really REALLY like these houses in the past but I will not rent from them again because of this cockroach issue and how it was handled. Gross!
