"The house was welcoming and nice!"

"Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental."

"This place is amazing. Very clean, relaxing and we had a great time enjoying the scenery. Mary Kay was a wonderful host. We will be back next year."

"Everything was very nice. Ample cleaning products for our needs. Comfy and cozy for all of us. Nice big back yard. Quiet little neighborhood. Enjoyed all the surrounding areas we visited. Just a lovely area to visit."

"Checking in was so easy. The property was comfy and everyone had their own space if needed but there was also space to have all hang out. It was a bit rainy when we stayed, but with the garage space with game it kept the teen happy. They played ping pong, darts and corn hole. We did get to fish and swim on the Jack's Fork river. Plus vist Alley Springs old mill which had a interesting history. We would definitely stay again when coming to this area."

"Our family of 9 stayed the weekend and had a great time!!! The host were very thoughtful and left a wonderful selection of snacks to welcome you. Our kids enjoyed the pool and location. We had a beautiful light show from the thunder because you can see off into the distance with their land. There is so much room to spread out! Also, there was plenty of seating and the couches were comfortable!!"

"Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. Our stay was to kayak, parked a truck at the cabin landing and had no problems. Would deffinatley recommend, plenty of room and totally enjoyed or...

"Location, location, location! It’s all about the view off the back deck. Located in a quiet residential area beside Current River within a mile of Van Buren. Spacious kitchen area for preparing and cooking meals. Covered patio table on deck was incredible for enjoying family dinners. The kids brought our own tubes and floated right up to the house after their float trip. Wrap around huge sofa for enjoying a movie in evening, or a tv in every bedroom if you prefer."

"Nine of us women cousins thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. Lodge and grounds are beautiful. Everything we needed was right there. Only suggestion would be to include the pool fee in the daily rate and it be available all day. Thanks for a great time."

"All of the beds had clumps of dirt, sand, and what looked like dog hair in the sheets. The dishes were filthy and thrown in the cabinet. The trash cans had garbage in them. We ran out of dish soap. There were no extra trash bags in the premises. Directions to the property could have been more clear. For the price we paid for two nights and the condition of the home when we arrived, we were very disappointed."

"This property was absolutely beautiful. I have stayed in many condo's and cabin's rented on VRBO and this is right up at the top of the list of the best. The managers even provided shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath and coffee! That's unusual and it was greatly appreciated. Very serene location if you are looking for some relaxation."
