"The stay was good overall. My main feedback is that the rooms feel outdated, and the beds/pillows were not very comfortable. While we had an enjoyable stay, we expected a higher level of luxury for the price we paid. That said, the experience was satisfactory overall."

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
"Stay away from this place. I had no housekeeping for my entire stay of 3-nights. I requested housekeeping twice and still they did not show up. Trash cans in the lobby and entrance were overflowing. Breakfast was abysmal. This place is a joke/"

White House at Grand Central
"The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone."

"The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Check in was easy. I was unable to use the app I believe because I used a 3rd party to book. There were no instructions about the property and I did get locked in the courtyard at one point. Also check it was unclear because I could not ..."
