"We stayed to be close to an event we were working. The house is listed correctly. Cold AC and excellent communication with the very nice owner. It was clean and had everything you needed. It is actually a bigger space than the pictures portray. It is a bit dated but has very interesting decor, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered.
We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. One warning to potential renters: if you need a quiet bedroom for sleeping, this may not be the property for you. Both the wood...

"Lobby looks clean and what youd expect from a cheaper extended stay. Once you enter into the hallway to the rooms, its dirty, stained and smells musty and with an unpleasant smell you can't quite place. The room looked fine upon first glance. The more you looked, the more you saw. Dirt and other things on walls. Missing paint and spots on the wall. Very dated and obvious wear and tear.
