"I arrived at the hotel to find that the company had sold my room 2x and someone else was staying in my room. I called several times and spent hours trying to get on the phone to sort it out and get my refund. I ended up having to pay more to get in a room that was more expensive at the hotel because of this which inconvenienced me and my family. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND 4-5 days later.
