"Excellent apartment, recently renovated in good apartment building. Parking available. Air conditioners work perfectly. WiFi is stable. Safe and quiet. Front desk is on premises and very responsive. Next building is Marriott Hotel with a very good restaurant (I highly recommend their lamb ribs) and a good coffee, so you don’t need to go far to eat or drink. "深夜24時半頃チェックインしたところ、満室のため別のホテルを紹介された。TVの西側でメトロから歩いて20分の交通の便の悪い場所で、ビジネスホテルっぽい所だった。元々予約していたサービスアパートタイプの部屋とは似ても似つかず、バスタブもキッチンも洗濯機もなかった。 帰国後カスタマーサービスに連絡したが、詐欺にあった気分。 全額返金して欲しい。また予約書には記入がなかったが、チェックイン時、税金で2ドル要求された。"
