"We stayed at this basement apartment for one night and decided not to stay for the second night because of several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the lack of adequate heating. The basement was very cold, and there was no thermostat to control the temperature. "This spot truly is a gem - perfect for a single person or couple. Located near Westney and Kingston Road, it's close to restaurants, shopping, everything you could want, but tucked away on a quiet side street, so no noise or traffic. The bathroom is large (shower only) with a private washer and dryer. Kitchen and bedroom have lots of storage and there are tvs in the livingroom and the bedroom!
