"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Nothing fancy, quite simple, but it makes up for in convenience and service. Check in was a breeze, our room was perfectly clean and spacious. For Covid reasons, we were warned that there was no housekeeping unless it is requested, but I called the hotel lobby to have my trash taken out a couple of times. "Great apartment in a perfect location for skiing Park City. Nice hot tubs for the end of a long day on the slopes. Super restaurants, boutique stores and town nearby. Just perfect."

"The host was welcoming. Check in before 6pm was difficult as there was no one at reception. A man in front of the hotel said to drive up to Sun Dial to pick up our keys but our keys weren't there. Drove back to lobby to locate the "black box with a hitch" which was confusing since there was a black box wall safe also, which wouldn't open. Better if it was described as "black box for index cards". Drove to parking and there were no signs to indicate way to Silverado hotel elevators. Tried...

"Beautiful unit. Spacious, well-appointed, clean, easy check in. Good communication. Great location close to town and parks. Only thing to note is that you overlook kind of a trailer park in the back, which was a little odd. The view if you look out and up is lovely. If you look down from your balcony, it’s a little weird."
