"The check in instructions neglected to mention that there is a main office at this complex where you go to pick up key card. The friendly late night contact I called really wasn’t clear on this either. After wandering around for awhile, we finally figured this out Only other negative was regarding the balcony. You can practically reach out and shake hands with those next to you AND across from you, so not much outside privacy. Room was clean, comfortable, pretty much like a hotel room"
