"The tent itself was nice and clean, and the property generally seemed nicely maintained. Unfortunately a ferocious howling wind blew up unexpectedly, which ripped open the tent's door flap (which we'd had cinched down tightly) and throttled the roof canvas; the cold of that wind blew through the additional door curtain and every space that wasn't solidly closed. We also had the vague expectation we could find something to eat that wasn't gas station food or a way to cook something--Ballard's...

"This place was nothing short of amazing. A great base if visiting Zion or any of the surrounding areas. The property itself was beautiful from the views to the amenities. You will not be disappointed. "
