"Awesome place cows come right up to your window, fun atmosphere cozy loft type home. The only thing I would have to say that could be better is for the amount you pay if you’re only staying one night is a later check out or the possibility for a later check out 10 AM is really early. It would’ve been nice to check out at noon. other than that awesome place great location cows are really nice and friendly. Definitely going to go back with my girlfriend. She loved it there."

"Stand outs: great host who responded to our 2 issues quickly with resolutions: key lock # was incorrect upon our arrival and it took us 30 minutes waiting in the cold to resolve. also the wifi was not accessible, but the owner came by later in the day to reset that. Then the wifi was great. If not for these two issues, we would have given this a 5*.We really enjoyed this cabin/ranch. The place was spotless clean and so very well stocked with all the amenities we needed, kitchen supplies,...

"We really enjoyed staying here. We come every year for our anniversary and to visit the Manti temple for two days. It was so nice to be at a quiet place with the country feel of a rooster crowing, and seeing cows and horses. The omelets my husband made were delicious with farm fresh eggs and vegetables. "My family booked this house for a vacation we had planned over the week of Christmas. We visited Woodward for a few days and went into Park city for sightseeing and dinner. We visited the local grocery store which was a three minute drive away and there were plenty of options to get us through our stay. Park city is a 15 minute drive and Woodward is a 20 minute drive. The house is very comfortable and we had a lot of fun staying there. Particularly the wood stove downstairs was the highlight...

"This is one of the most unique places we've ever stayed. We had donkeys and goats gated around our backyard, the kids (16,14,12) got to feed chickens, goats, donkeys, horses, and alpacas. This is a one-of-a-kind property, and the house was perfect for the 5 of us. Private fire pit in the backyard, and the property seemed brand new. We would 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Bryce Canyon."
