"I Did not have breakfast"

"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. "Our stay was great. The only disappointment was the shower. It wasn't very powerful and the temperature was unreliable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good so it wasn't necessary to order additional cooked items. "

"Location is in city center. Overall condition is not a good as I saw on picture. Elevator is not working so we had to carry luggage to our room (staff did say they can help). The carpet in public area is old and has smell. Room is ok but noise isolation is poor. Car park is small and £10 overnight. Staff is polite. Breakfast is good."
